DC Inverter MMA Welder

The basic Extol® Premium welding inverter with computer control is a second-generation welding machine for the MMA welding method, in which modern microprocessor IGBT technology is used. You can easily set the required current for work on the clear panel. The inverter comes with cables and basic accessories, so you can start welding immediately. The 120A welding current is perfectly sufficient for small-scale welding, because you still can't use higher currents on the most common 16A circuit breaker. The inverter is equipped with the following functions: HOT START - facilitates ignition of the arc by the initial automatic increase of the ignition current compared to the originally set value of the welding current ARC FORCE - stabilization of the ignited welding arc during welding depending on the length of the welding arc. If the electrode sticks as the arc shortens, the inverter will increase the current. In the case of a long arc, the inverter reduces the current, creating time for the electrode to approach the material without the arc going out.
